Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of employee benefits and healthcare financing strategies.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support strategic employee benefits solutions including health and welfare benefits.
• Coordinate renewals, plan changes, and carrier negotiations.
• Serve as trusted advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
