Zusammenfassung

Flood and Peterson is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team in Colorado. You will lead client engagements on benefit strategy, plan design, renewals, and financial evaluations, while negotiating with carriers to secure optimal coverage for employers.

You will collaborate with Advisors and Account Managers, manage multiple client accounts, and drive renewal processes, marketing efforts, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and six to eight years of related employee benefits experience and/or training required.
• Current Colorado Life and Health Insurance License required; active pursuit of designations as needed.
• Experience with self-funded and level-funded employee benefits plans, including funding arrangements and renewal strategies.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

• Manage client accounts and ensure service delivery aligned with company standards.
• Lead benefits consulting engagements on strategy, design, renewals, benchmarking, and financing.
• Develop sophisticated benefits solutions and support implementation of programs.
• Oversee renewals, marketing, carrier negotiations, and annual report summaries.
• Support business development and growth opportunities with advisors.
