Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License required or eligible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and lead strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing consulting initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Drive client expansion opportunities and retain high satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and benefit options.
• Partner with Account Manager Team and Managing Consultant to ensure account success.
