Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, based in Indianapolis, seeks an Employee Benefits Consultant to lead a portfolio of mid-sized and large employers. You will steer benefits strategy, renewal planning, financial management, and long-term program design while partnering with producers and internal experts to deliver results.

Responsibilities include managing client satisfaction, expanding accounts, and delivering strategic guidance to drive outcomes. A Life & Health License is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License required.
