You will handle day-to-day client relationships, renewals, marketing, implementations, and vendor coordination, delivering proactive service throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits account management or a related field.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree.
• License in Life & Health Insurance is required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Own delivery of client deliverables and renewals with vendors.
• Lead implementation of new business and open enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with plan documents, HIPAA, ERISA and related rules.
