CivicMinds, Inc seeks an Employee Benefits Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of employer benefit programs in a fast-paced advisory team. You will manage renewals, implement new business, and provide ongoing consultative support to employers while partnering with Risk Advisors for strategic opportunities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, exceptional service, and organizational excellence in a collaborative environment across San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Employee Benefits experience in an insurance brokerage, consulting firm, or related environment.
• Experience managing renewals, carrier negotiations, and ongoing client servicing independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience working with EPIC or similar agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a dedicated book of employee benefits clients.
• Partner with Risk Advisors to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for new and renewal opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end renewal and new business lifecycle, including term negotiations and option evaluations.
• Deliver polished client proposals and presentations; coordinate onboarding and ongoing account servicing.
• Maintain accurate policy and client data within EPIC and related systems; manage enrollments and COBRA coordination.
