Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking an Employee Benefits Insurance Advisor to grow and maintain a profitable book of employee benefits business in the Grand Forks area. You will prospect, quote, and sell new accounts, then collaborate with Account Executives to renew and retain clients.

The role requires an Insurance License, prior sales experience in insurance, and strong communication. Proficiency with the EPIC system and a commitment to ethical, customer‑centric service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build a base of prospective clients and generate new business.
• Respond quickly to referrals and qualify prospects.
• Gather risk information and prepare applications.
• Design programs and present proposals to clients.
• Renewals and retention with Account Managers.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters and document in EPIC.
