Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: 4 years in public safety, law or code enforcement, military, security, emergency operations or emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops systemwide emergency plans (EOP/COOP) and standardizes procedures.
• Leads staff training, exercises, and readiness assessments across SFPL facilities.
• Oversees governance, incident reporting, and compliance with City regulations.
• Coordinates with City agencies and external partners for emergency preparedness.
