Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of strategy, segmentation, automation, testing, and analytics.
• Experience with email platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot or Klaviyo.

• Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment and reporting.
• Build engaging email content including copy, creative direction, calls to action, and subject lines.
• Manage email calendars, campaigns, automations, segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and seek opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with account, creative, content, and digital marketing teams to align with overall strategy.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across campaigns.
• Communicate campaign performance and insights clearly to internal teams and clients.
