Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years with BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree, in Sourcing or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive continuous value improvement for Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Sustainability within the supply base.
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and award of first-time contracts for new suppliers for multiple business units.
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics commodities.
• Support supply chain during win-biz by onboarding critical suppliers.
• Analyze data to understand existing supply base and commodity categories.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends for electronics category.
