Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services in Atlanta seeks a Program Manager to drive the Strategic Accounts program, overseeing contracts, budgets, schedules and safety across security projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

The role requires 5+ years in construction-based management and security, with appropriate degrees or electronics background. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in construction management/engineering or electronics with construction experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible field construction/management experience.
• Five years of security experience and CCTV/card reader knowledge.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract and customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Serve as primary customer contact for contract-related issues.
• Enforce strict safety program and safe work environment.
• Protect company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare strategic plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.
• Lead program staff, including hiring, training and evaluations.
• Support business development by pursuing new opportunities.
