Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge electronic security solutions. The role requires coordinating across engineering, installation, and subcontracting teams, while managing budgets and schedules to ensure profitability.

You will drive complex projects from initiation to close, with emphasis on risk management, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, engineering, construction, or field service experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects (portfolio) of at least $1M.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Leadership skills with ability to build relationships and manage delivery timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and timely execution within budget.
• Monitor and control project budgets, including full P&L responsibility, invoicing through ERP systems.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality on large systems.
• Maintain timely communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to align efforts.
