Siemens is seeking a Procurement Project Manager for Electrical Products in the USA/Canada/Mexico region. Based in Peachtree Corners, GA or Dallas–Fort Worth, TX, this hybrid role drives strategic procurement initiatives, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen supply continuity and cost productivity for North America.

You will manage complex projects and align sourcing with business priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or operations.
• Willing to travel 15–20% to North American operational sites and supplier facilities, mainly in North America.

Aufgaben

• Lead the successful and on-time execution of strategic procurement projects, including supplier scouting and qualification, RFQ execution, tooling development, capacity planning, cost transparency and production ramp-up.
• Support Commodity Managers and Location Procurement Managers in the development and execution of commodity, alternate sourcing, and plant procurement strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing and project execution strategies with overall business objectives and operational priorities.
• Lead supplier development and industrialization activities with Operations and Quality teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing and project execution processes, reduce cycle times and drive cost savings.
