Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or operations experience.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% to North American sites and suppliers' facilities.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-time execution of strategic procurement projects, incl. supplier scouting, RFQ, tooling, capacity, ramp-up.
• Support Commodity and Location Procurement Managers in strategy development and execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Lead supplier development and industrialization with Operations and SQM.
• Identify continuous improvement to reduce cycle times, boost efficiency, and cut costs.
• Participate in PLM by integrating supplier capabilities and market intelligence into decisions.
