Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain or operations experience.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% to North American operational sites and supplier facilities.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful, on-time execution of strategic procurement projects across NA.
• Support commodity and location procurement strategies in alignment with business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with objectives and priorities.
• Lead supplier development and industrialization activities with Operations and SQM.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Participate in PLM processes integrating supplier capabilities and sourcing decisions.
