Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Specialist in Ewing, NJ. This hybrid role requires in-person presence Tue–Thu with remote work on Mon and Fri, supporting environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs across operations.

Under the Global Manager, Safety Operations, you will drive incident investigations, audits, training, and data-driven improvements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, industrial hygiene, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of coordinating safety and health or environmental activities in a manufacturing environment, including industrial hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute site safety, environmental, and health initiatives and procedures through hands-on counsel, assessment, supervision, and implementation.
• Coordinate environmental, health, safety, and sustainability performance metrics with sites for consistent corporate program execution.
• Participate in global incident investigations and root-cause analysis processes.
• Support audits, inspections, action plans, and site benchmarking to improve safety and compliance.
• Lead training and coaching on environmental, health, safety measures and hazard recognition to elevate site performance.
