Eaton North Little Rock facility seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead site EHS strategy, oversee construction ramp-up, and ensure compliance with regulations and Eaton standards. This role is pivotal to shaping safety culture and driving performance during start-up and ongoing operations.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and data-driven improvement across EHS programs. Relocation assistance may be available for US residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ year of experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for initial period (to Minden, LA).
• Sponsorship or visa support is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop site EHS strategy and goals for site leadership.
• Facilitate risk assessments to identify hazards and set targets.
• Track Leading and Lagging indicators for EHS performance.
• Lead and engage MESH elements through champions and teams.
• Promote a zero-incident EHS culture at the site.
• Oversee EHS data processes, training matrices, and PM controls.
