Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for its new North Little Rock facility. This role steers EHS programs for construction and ramp-up, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Eaton’s safety culture.

The position includes relocation support and a clear pathway to establishing the site’s safety leadership. Salary range is $130,000–$190,000 annually with eligibility for a variable incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of experience managing direct reports.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 18-24 months (to Minden, LA).
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop site EHS strategy and set goals for site leadership teams.
• Facilitate risk assessments and create target objectives based on EHS risks.
• Track Leading and Lagging indicators for EHS performance and sustainability.
• Assign MESH element champions and drive engagement in ownership.
• Promote a zero-incident EHS culture through data-driven programs.
• Lead EHS engagement via teams and committees to meet annual targets.
• Oversee data processes for injuries, environmental metrics, and action items.
• Validate training matrices and ensure completion.
• Collaborate with facilities to ensure EHS controls are in place and on PM.
• Review EHS impacts of new equipment through Management of Change.
• Lead security programs to ensure safety of employees and visitors.
