Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001/9001 and safety systems.
• Proficient in EHS digital platforms, data analytics, and MS Office.

• Lead EHS processes and ensure compliance across a matrixed manufacturing environment.
• Develop and implement policies aligned with OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards.
• Drive safety culture, engage committees, and coach cross‑functional teams.
