• Experience supporting facility startups or rapidly growing operations.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented professional comfortable in new environments.
• OSHA programs, chemical safety, LOTO, machine guarding and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide EHS programs for a rapidly expanding industrial facility.
• Drive industrial safety initiatives including LOTO, guarding, chemical safety, training, and compliance.
• Support startup/expansion of production, implementing best practices and risk mitigation.
• Manage environmental compliance: air permits, hazardous waste, stormwater, and pretreatment.
• Partner with site leadership to foster proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
