Shirley Parsons is partnering with a flagship manufacturing site to hire an HSSE professional who will provide high-level compliance support and help elevate safety culture and programs.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience in a high-risk setting, a BS in safety, and willingness to relocate to Youngstown, OH. Responsibilities include risk assessments, investigations, data tracking, audits, and ISO/OSHA program support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a high-risk setting.
• Experience with JHA/JSAs, PPE coaching, training, OSHA compliance, and report writing.
• BS in safety/related field required.
• ASP/GSP/CSP desired, but not required.
• Commutable to or relocate to Youngstown, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments, trainings, incident investigations, data tracking/reporting, and audits.
• Build relationships with employees across departments and interact with regulatory agencies.
• Support ISO and OSHA programs.
