Trojan Battery Company in the United States seeks a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead the development and management of our safety and environmental programs in a lean, high‑performance setting. You will develop behavior-based safety training and coordinate EHS initiatives across facilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, guiding incident investigations, overseeing water treatment and air/waste permits, and building a cohesive team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
• Willingness to travel to other locations or trainings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
