Job summary

EAB is seeking an Account Director, Strategic Partnerships within Hybrid to lead a portfolio of education partners, drive client success and long-term growth, and mentor Senior and Account Managers.

Reporting to the Group Account Director, you will guide integrated marketing strategies, collaborate with POD Leads, Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, and Creative, and ensure exceptional client service with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years leading key client accounts in digital media/marketing environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital media strategy across paid search, social, display, SEO, and analytics.
• Experience mentoring account management professionals and driving retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of key education partners with focus on client satisfaction and long-term growth.
• Mentor Senior Account Managers and Account Managers to drive performance.
• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure effective operational management and client experience across accounts.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
