Job summary

The Development Authority of Bryan County is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead economic development initiatives for Bryan County, GA. The role reports to the Director or CEO and focuses on advancing the DABC’s objectives and programs.

Responsibilities include industry outreach, workforce program support, prospect packet preparation, and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets. A Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business Admin, Marketing, Economic Development or similar preferred).
• Experience in project management, economic development, and/or workforce development is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.
• Valid Driver's License or ability to secure one within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist CEO and facilitate workforce development programs and industry partnerships.
• Coordinate outreach to existing industries, quarterly check‑ins, and annual surveys.
• Support prospect visits: prepare packets, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and budgets; monitor progress and deliverables.
• Help organize industry events, tours, career fairs, and training sessions.
• Ensure information on the DABC website is accurate and up-to-date.
