Responsibilities

• The President leads countywide strategy, programs, personnel, partnerships, and operations under the Board’s direction.
• The President supervises one Project Manager and remains actively involved in employer outreach, relationship management, and community engagement.
• The President builds consensus, addresses community concerns, maintains momentum, and advocates effectively while preserving key relationships.
