WSP Global Inc. in New York is seeking a Director, Real Estate Projects – East Region to lead a team of Project Implementation Managers and coordinators overseeing major, complex projects with strong governance and decisive leadership.

The Opportunity:

As theDirector, Real Estate Projects – East Regionyou will be a strong, motivated and flexible program manager with an ability to lead and manage a team of Project Implementation Managers and Project co-ordinators overseeing complex major projects. You will have strong governance and decision-making skills to be able to foster and manage current projects as well as potential projects in various the Eastern region of the US. Reporting to the VP Corporate Real Estate for the America’s region, the successful candidate will have an ability to adjust to changing priorities.

Our Corporate Real Estate team supports our internal clients from North to South America. The Real Estate Projects team delivers a wide range of projects from simple minor office refreshes to brand new offices or labs. Our clients are the top engineers and consultants in their field and they expect our team to deliver high-quality projects that are delivered on time and on budget.
