Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks an e-Learning Instructional Systems Designer to create blended, online, and virtual classroom courseware for a government agency. You will transform material from SME inputs into training that closes performance gaps using ADDIE, developing design plans, storyboards, scripts, exams, and multimedia, in collaboration with multimedia specialists.

You’ll select goals, media, and length for each course, apply adult learning strategies, test in LMS, and measure

Qualifications

• 6+ years of instructional design experience.
• Knowledge of ADDIE model and performance-based analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with government stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Plan instructional delivery and blended learning strategies.
• Lay groundwork for classroom and eLearning courses.
• Review design plans with Government colleagues for quality.
• Create professional-level presentation materials.
• Meet with clients, SMEs, and end users regularly.
• Run needs, task, and gap analyses for fit of instruction.
• Track schedules to meet development parameters.
• Deliver quality instruction for adult learners in a fast-paced environment.
