Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence seeks a talented Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) Specialist to provide expert e-learning instructional systems design support for government training initiatives. This role focuses on blended and online courseware tailored for virtual classroom environments, applying adult learning principles and ADDIE to develop effective training solutions.

The selected candidate will support the full development lifecycle, from analysis to evaluation, with on-site work in

Qualifications

Master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant instructional design experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance; polygraph preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development for government programs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop blended and online courseware for virtual classrooms.
Apply adult learning principles and ADDIE to instructional products.
Analyze training needs and determine objectives, scope, duration, and delivery media.
Develop storyboards and final courseware using LMS and authoring tools.
Create engaging e-learning content aligned with objectives and customer requirements.
Test courseware in LMS test environments for functionality and effectiveness.
Utilize Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, and related tools to deploy content.
