The Missouri Botanical Garden is seeking an advancement professional to join the Institutional Advancement division as Stewardship & Campaign Officer. This role develops and delivers stewardship initiatives that demonstrate the impact of giving and strengthen donor loyalty, supporting the full donor lifecycle from cultivation to long-term engagement.

You will design tailored experiences for major donors, coordinate with gift officers and program teams, and help advance fundraising campaigns

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years in advancement.
• Proven success in donor relations and fundraising outcomes.
• Ability to align stewardship activities with fundraising goals.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
