Job summary

Brady seeks a Manager, Donor Relations to support philanthropy by engaging, retaining and stewarding donors, and managing Brady’s donor benefits program and recognition. The role focuses on delivering timely, personalized donor experiences that align with Brady's mission.

Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, you will plan stewardship events, maintain donor records, and write communications, while collaborating across teams to maximize donor impact and deepen relationships with

Qualifications

• Experience in donor recognition, stewardship, and developing personalized donor engagement strategies.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• At least one year of experience in donor relations, stewardship, or a related field for a nonprofit organization.
• Experience in nonprofits and nonprofit management with fundraising focus preferred.
• Proficient in managing donor databases and relationship management.
• Event planning and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey Brady’s mission.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with external partners.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive collaboration and can-do attitude.
• High standards of accountability and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Write and distribute donor communications, such as newsletters, annual reports, and personalized thank-you letters.
• Develop and execute in-person and virtual donor briefings.
• Prepare weekly acknowledgments and general thank-you letters to donors/sponsors.
• Create and implement donor cultivation plans with segmented outreach.
• Assist in planning fundraising events with stewardship and cultivation.
• Lead Donor Appreciation Week activities.
• Develop and Execute Donor Recognition Anniversary Circles.
