Responsibilities

Develop and manage Brown Health's enterprise donor stewardship program.
Align and manage standards for acknowledgements, recognition, naming opportunities, stewardship reporting, concierge services, and donor appreciation across the system.
Partner with frontline fundraisers to implement customized stewardship strategies for major and principal donors.
Oversee stewardship reporting and recognition fulfillment.
Manage donor recognition inventory, naming opportunities, and stewardship tracking.
Lead donor concierge services, phone support, and stewardship presence at fundraising events.
Partner with Leadership Giving to strengthen grateful patient program and stewardship.
Develop departmental policies, procedures, and service standards while coaching and developing staff.
