Job summary

Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School (CBOBS) seeks a driven Manager of Institutional and Individual Giving to lead a Baltimore-area advancement program. You will cultivate corporations, foundations, and individuals, manage annual giving, and coordinate the Cornerstone Celebration.

The role requires 3–5 years of frontline fundraising, strong donor relations, and Salesforce proficiency. This is a hybrid position based in Baltimore, with extensive prospect engagement and reporting to the Director of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of front-line fundraising experience.
• Proven ability to build long-term donor relationships and solicit gifts.
• Proficiency with CRM databases, especially Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio to raise up to $850,000 annually.
• Develop and manage corporate and foundation relationships and proposals.
• Cultivate donors through meetings, visits, and communications.
• Collaborate on sponsorships, event planning, and newsletters.
• Move prospects through moves management with timely stewardship.
• Input donor data and reports in Salesforce; provide revenue forecasts.
