Job summary

Camp Harbor View is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Officer to grow our donor base in the Greater Boston area. You will manage a portfolio of 125–150 prospects, deepen engagement with mid-level and lapsed donors, and build new relationships through targeted outreach in Salesforce.

As a frontline fundraiser, you will increase annual investments, secure multi-year commitments, and collaborate with Development Operations and Communications to ensure data integrity and effective donor

Qualifications

5+ years of professional fundraising or development experience.
Proven ability to solicit and close gifts from individuals.
Strong written and oral communications for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Pipeline mining and donor prospecting from Salesforce data.
Manage a portfolio of approximately 125–150 individual prospects through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
Design and execute personalized engagement plans to increase annual giving and multi-year commitments.
Identify and qualify new donors through research, networking, and board referrals.
Represent the organization at events to build a pipeline of supporters.
Develop strategies to convert event attendees into recurring donors with direct asks.
