Job summary

Providence is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager - Hybrid to support foundations by executing strategic communications that drive donor retention and inspire giving. You will develop donor-centered content across print, digital, and social channels for internal and external audiences.

This role partners with design and communications teams, photographers, and senior leaders to craft emotive stories and print collateral, newsletters, media materials, and video scripts, while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of Relevant marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme.
• Experience developing print collateral in partnership with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.
• Experience working with photographers and videographers.
• Project management software experience.
• Demonstrated experience and track record in working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
