Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years in program/project management with DoD contracts.
• Experience with DoD FAR/DFARS and various contract types.
• Experience managing SOW/CLINs/CDRLs and cost/schedule control.
• Ability to brief senior leadership and government customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned program performance including cost, schedule, and customer commitments.
• Lead program reviews, risk reviews, and leadership updates.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact for programs.
• Coordinate across engineering, software, supply chain, contracts, and finance.
• Manage subcontractor/supplier performance and procurement actions.
• Support contract negotiations and scope changes with leadership.
• Prepare program status, financial performance, risks, and actions for leadership.
