Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with calculus and quantitative coursework completed.
• Fifteen or more years of DoW Cost Estimating experience.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and uncertainty/risk software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of cost, affordability, and schedule analyses.
• Collect and normalize cost, technical, and program data from government entities.
• Coordinate with senior government leadership and other stakeholders to communicate analysis results.
• Conduct planning analyses, EVM analyses, and defend cost models and estimates.
• Document and defend cost analyses including LCCEs and BCAs.
• Develop Acquisition Strategies and related documentation to support milestones.
• Build and defend budget requirements and forecast funding needs.
• Respond to congressional requests for information.
