Job summary
Kalman & Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned cost analyst to support Department of Warfare (DoW) programs. You will lead cost, affordability, and schedule analyses, collect and normalize data from government entities, and collaborate with government leaders to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
- Active Security Clearance (Secret).
- Bachelor’s Degree and math-related coursework in calculus or OR.
- 10+ years cost experience with 7+ years DoW experience.
- Experience on ACAT I programs and DoW support.
- Advanced Excel and uncertainty/risk software proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost, affordability, and schedule analyses for DoW programs.
- Collect and normalize cost and technical data from government sources.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate analyses.
- Perform EVM analyses and support cost model development.
- Prepare LCCEs, APB, BCAs, EAs, AoAs, and POM budgeting materials.
- Support Acquisition Strategies and program milestone decisions.
