Job summary

Kalman & Company, Inc. seeks a highly capable Kalman Analyst to support Department of Warfare program cost analyses in Arlington, VA.

You will collaborate with military leaders, engineers, and logisticians to collect, analyze, and communicate information that informs critical decisions. Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with calculus and quantitative coursework.
• Fifteen+ years DoW Cost Estimating experience.
• Excel, Word, PowerPoint and uncertainty/risk software proficiency.
• Ability to lead detail-oriented tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong analysis and communication skills with large data sets.
• Experience supporting BCAs, AoAs, EAs, or related analytics.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, affordability, and schedule analyses for DoW acquisitions.
• Collect and normalize cost, technical, and program data from government sources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to convey information for program success.
• Conduct planning analyses, EVM analyses, and estimate methodologies.
• Prepare briefing materials and present results to leadership and agencies.
