The role requires DoD program experience, strong briefing skills, and a proven track record in capturing and winning government business. Hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years directly related experience; or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience in capture leadership, business development, program management, or engineering roles with DoD/OTA or related government experience.
