Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior‑level cost estimating, strategy, and program analysis for DoD, IC, and Federal Civilian programs. You will advise government leaders on modernization investments and lifecycle costs with cloud and software cost focus.

You will interact with senior officials, develop cost models, and support acquisition decisions while leading data‑driven analyses and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• US citizenship required.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in federal acquisition, cost estimating, financial analysis, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting DoD, Federal Civilian, and Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience developing and defending life‑cycle cost estimates and acquisition studies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior‑level technical leadership and independent advisory services for large and complex federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, source selections, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Perform advanced cost estimating and economic analyses for software‑intensive systems and cloud environments.
• Conduct benchmarking and market research using industry standards and government data sources.
• Apply quantitative methods to assess affordability, risks, cost realism, and resource needs.
• Create executive presentations, acquisition documents, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Interface with government customers, prime contractors, and executives to support reviews and milestone events.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams.
