Serco Inc. seeks an Acquisition & PM Professional III – Cost to provide senior‑level cost estimating, acquisition strategy, program analysis, and modernization guidance for DoD, IC, and Federal programs.

You will develop LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability analyses; support source selections, budgeting, and executive briefings; lead cost analyses of software, cloud, AI/ML, and cybersecurity initiatives; and mentor junior staff while engaging with senior government executives.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's Degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition, cost estimating, financial analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience with DoD, Federal Civilian and IC programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level technical leadership and independent advisory services for large federal programs.
• Develop, evaluate, and review LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability assessments, and cost-benefit studies.
• Support acquisition planning, strategy development, source selections, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Perform advanced cost estimating and economic analyses for software-intensive systems, cloud environments, enterprise IT, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or mission-support systems.
• Conduct benchmarking, market research, and analyses using industry and government data sources.
• Apply quantitative techniques to assess affordability, risks, cost realism, and resource needs.
• Support RDT&E activities and modernization efforts throughout the lifecycle.
• Create executive presentations, acquisition documentation, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Provide program management support through performance assessment, planning, risk analysis, and resource optimization.
• Interface with government customers, prime contractors, and executives for reviews and decision forums.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight across projects.
