Job summary

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of related acquisition/program management experience and 10+ years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management and contracting policies for development, production and fielding of major weapon systems.
• Experience with DoD 5000 series directives and FAR/DFARS; ability to lead projects end-to-end including cost, schedule, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects; manage task leads.
• Lead analysis and development of final products; prepare and facilitate meetings/workshops.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities; manage customer relationships.
• Provide leadership, SME support, and guidance to acquisition initiatives; contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments; mentor junior staff and support change management.
