FTI Consulting is seeking a Review Manager to lead and manage large-scale document reviews across client matters. You will define review workflows, set strategies, and manage client relationships from start to finish, including budget development and billing coordination.

The role requires on-site supervision of review teams, collaboration with operations and HR, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in legal/electronic discovery or leading/managing document review projects.
• J.D. required; active bar status.
• B.S. or B.A. degree required; willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage reviews independently; set workflow and strategy from start to finish.
• Supervise review teams on-site; train and guide team leads.
• Develop budgets and monitor projections; ensure budgets are adhered to.
