Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in accounting or finance, MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and reporting skills.
• Excel mastery and advanced office tools.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated financial leadership and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the business unit and manage revenue, costs, and margins.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans.
• Explain results vs. plan; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop actions to close performance gaps with stakeholders.
• Perform margin analysis by product, customer, and market.
