Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Analyze plant results and prepare monthly bridge analyses.
• Develop rolling forecast with operations to drive financial performance.
• Lead audits and maintain strong internal controls in a manufacturing setting.
