Job summary

Lakeside Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Division Controller to ensure assets are safeguarded and that financial reports accurately reflect the manufacturing facilities’ condition in line with corporate policy.

The role oversees plant accounting including payroll, cost, inventory, payables and the general ledger, and coordinates budgeting, MIS, and project cost development with management teams. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles.
• Familiar with Corporate financial guidelines, GAAP, and IAS; skilled in GL, payroll, cost accounting, MRP, ERP, budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant P&L and balance sheet accounts to reflect financial position and performance.
• Control movement of inventories and safeguard assets through reporting systems.
• Manage plant accounting areas: Payroll, Cost, Inventory, Payables, Tooling and GL.
