Job summary

Titus Talent Strategies is seeking an experienced Division Controller to join our plant leadership team in Wisconsin. This role goes beyond traditional accounting, partnering with operations to improve profitability, optimize performance, and drive financial results in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing finance or accounting experience.
  • 5+ years of accounting or finance leadership experience.
  • Strong cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting and financial operations for the division.
  • Oversee financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with operations to deliver financial insights that support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Coach and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Required

  • Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
Preferred
  • CPA or CMA.
  • Experience partnering with manufacturing leadership and driving operational improvements.
