Job summary

Prescott’s Med in Monument, CO seeks a Divisional Controller to partner with the General Manager, guiding strategy and financial performance for the division within Prescott’s Med.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, collaborate with Shared Services and the accounting team, ensure controls, and drive growth via analytics and automation. This onsite role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in financial software; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insight and strategic direction to the GM and divisional leadership.
• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with centralized services.
• Develop policies and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Present performance metrics to divisional and corporate leadership.
• Drive margin expansion, working capital, and cash performance.
