Job summary

Prescott’s Med is seeking a Divisional Controller to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Monument division. You will partner with the General Manager and Shared Services to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls while driving growth and profitability.

The role emphasizes strategic business partnering, pricing and margin analysis, and cross-functional leadership to shape financial strategy and support capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to adapt and learn new systems.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
• Experience operating in a shared-services or centralized accounting model preferred, with the ability to influence and hold centralized teams accountable without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to GM and divisional leadership with financial insights and recommendations.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and customer profitability.
• Collaborate on business planning, investments and operational initiatives for strategic alignment.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with close partnership with Accounting and Shared Services.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Review divisional statements and present metrics to leadership.
• Ensure billing, A/P, A/R, and month-end close meet service-level targets.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
