Job summary

Addison Group seeks a seasoned Controller to own planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with executive and operations leadership to shape investments and growth, steering budgeting, variance analysis and robust reporting.

You will lead KPI tracking, liquidity management, and GAAP compliance, while guiding system upgrades and team development to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus.
Strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP/planning systems experience.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
Build monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages and dashboards.
Develop models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and capex.
Track KPIs, liquidity, cash flow, and working capital; ensure US GAAP compliance.
Oversee month-end and year-end close with Accounting.
Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes and tools.
Lead acquisitions, integrations, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
